• Member < Chapter (Langham Creek) < Division (3W) < Region (12) < District (Texas-Oklahoma) < International

• Member: Each high-school student who pays their dues and volunteers as an amazing Key Club member. 

• Chapter: The Key Club belonging to their school. Our chapter is Langham Creek Key Club. 

• Division: A collection of chapters led by the lieutenant governor (LTG). Division 3W includes Key Club chapters from the West Houston area.

• Region: A collection of divisions. Region 12 includes all the Key Club chapters in the Houston area.

• District: A collection of regions which contain 1 or 2 states. The Texas-Oklahoma District includes Key Club chapters from Texas and Oklahoma. The district governor leads the district
